Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Support sales team to do monthly sales reports.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
Liaise with the Logistics agent to ensure timely deliveries to MT and GT market.
Manage E-Commerce Platform (receiving order / process packing / dealing with logistic / record and report the inventory / assist all customer for their online shopping)
Learn and adapt to new and improved process of E-Commerce platform
Order office supplies.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Other tasks as requested by manager.

Fluent in English communication
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in online sales and e-commerce platforms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
